It has helped me greatly. I no longer wake up with a headache. I get a much better quality of sleep with it. Recently I forgot my CPAP when I left for a trip. I had my wife overnight it to me. The morning without it I felt sluggish and had a headache. I sleep with it faithfully.

I have had two CPAP machines and previously dealt with a company where I received very little support. Active Healthcare is the first company I have worked that has caring staff members. I just want to tell everyone how wonderful my experience was with Active Healthcare. The company I was with could not get the supplies my daughter needed for her monitor. My doctor’s office asked me to switch companies. That is when I came in contact with the best Representative, Toni at Active Healthcare. What had started as a long drawn out process beginning in August with the first company ended with a week of super fast results. Kudos to Kathy Richardson. I arrived at Active Healthcare unannounced and Kathy attended to my needs. She recognized the needs I had with my unit, showed me how to fix my on/off switch and changed the filter (I'd forgotten that was necessary.) I was referred to Active Healthcare after a sleep study revealed I had a nasty case of sleep apnea. I arrived expecting to simply purchase equipment but got so much more: Personalized care from consultants to show you the ropes and answer all questions including the ones you didn't know you had; support groups to connect with medical professionals and other patients; follow-up contact to assist you in the equipment reorder process; and budget conscious consultants who will let you know if it is cheaper to use your insurance or to take advantage of cash pricing discounts. Thanks for helping me to understand my sleep disorder and its treatment. I would highly recommend your services to anybody with sleep apnea.

Angela recently set up a CPAP for my daughter, who has Down Syndrome. Her disability makes it difficult for her to understand even simple instructions. Angela was great and took the time to make sure she understood how to use her CPAP. My daughter had a lot of anxiety during the fitting, but Angela was very patient. My daughter said, "She held my hand." This was her way of saying that it meant a lot to her that Angela took the time to hold her hand and it made her feel at ease. Angela even called her after the first night to encourage her. Angela, you are AWESOME.

My doctor expressed how wonderful AH's service and attitude are, but what they did for me was beyond anything that I imagined. I am in Florida and my CPAP machine stops working. I call their emergency number and Kathy calls back. I explain the situation and she tries everything possible to help, even giving me the local phone numbers of her competitors to see if they have a loaner. No luck. Three sleepless nights later I return home. Kathy comes in after hours and fits me with a loaner. Oh by the way, this was Labor Day weekend and she came in on Labor Day. I am sleeping again. Enough said!

Special commendation must be given to your Customer Service Manager Kathy. From the very beginning, she assured me that this device would ameliorate my disorder and that she would be there with me as I familiarized myself with the machine. And indeed she has been there every step of the way. The first night I used it I had the best night’s sleep that I could remember! Due to her patience, perseverance, and gentle spirit, I am now experience nightly restorative sleep. You really have an extraordinary employee. I am so very grateful for her attention to my health and being my partner in this process.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea over 5 years ago. I lived in TN at the time and my supplies were being sent to me by another company. What an amazing and caring staff at Active Health Care! I felt like Julie and Kathy listened to my problem and really cared about finding the right solution for me. For the past two years I've worked with your office on Falls of Neuse Road, and have been extremely impressed with how knowledgeable as well as helpful the sleep consultants are. It has taken several weeks to get used to sleeping with a breathing machine, but both my wife and I have noticed subtle, positive changes. I'm not as sleepy in the early evening.
